The Reimagine IndianS into MedicinE (RISE) Summer Academy is a 17-day intensive program for American Indian/Alaskan Native students that provides in-depth training and Indigenous learning opportunities to prepare scholars for the medical school application process. Focus of the program: Medical School Admissions and Application, Supplemental Basic Science Refresher, Cultural Engagement and Community Building, Medical Student Mentors, and Intensive MCAT prep provided through Kaplan.
